The ABI Duplomat 18 with Brushes has a closed construction, and combines the benefits of a closed entrance mat with the optimal cleaning properties of a brush insert. When you walk upon the mat, the brushes lodge themselves into the profile of the sole of the shoe and take away even the most persistent dirt - there's no need to actively wipe your feet. This is called active cleaning.
